Please note that NHBRC’s Customer Care Office in Sunninghill and Head Office are temporarily closed due to a confirmed positive Covid-19 case. Both of these offices will resume with normal operations on Monday, 21st of June 2021.
The temporary closure of the offices will allow the NHBRC to take the necessary precautions and implement all safety measures related to the Covid-19 protocols.
Developers, contractors, home builders and housing consumers, who need to physically interact with the NHBRC are advised to use the Tshwane office.
Those who need to submit supporting documents are encouraged to do so from the safety of their homes or offices via the below emailing list:
