By registering your candidate profile in the NHBRC talent pool, you provide NHBRC with your personal details and it is understood that you are expressing interest in employment at NHBRC.
NHBRC is committed to respecting and protecting the applicant’s privacy by safeguard applicants’ personal information and will provide the applicant with access to his/her information or his/her registration data so that the applicant may view, update or correct his/her information on the NHBRC careers site.
Your data may therefore be used to make an initial assessment on your suitability for filling job openings, which can include either a specific opening or additional potential openings beyond the scope of your original application. Applicants will however have the option of restricting further participation in job openings beyond the specific job opening applied for and which can be achieved by locking or deleting (deregistration) their profile. The data provided to NHBRC will be solely used for the recruitment process and will be made accessible to members of the NHBRC Recruitment Team only.
Your information will be kept in the system for a period of 12 months after your most recent profile update. If you do not log in during the given period, your profile will be deleted. Once your profile is deleted you will be required to re-register afresh to access new opportunities at NHBRC.
Limitation of Liability
NHBRC does not accept any liability whatsoever to applicants as a result of transmission of their personal data (including any errors, delays or failure in transmission) via the Internet or the completeness thereof. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate, up to date, complete and neither misleading nor deceptive. Completion of the personal profile does not indicate any commitment by NHBRC to employ the candidate.
